The Process

Initial Inquiry

The first step in the process is to fill out the contact form on the “Contact” page so we can gather all the information about your event! Palette Cakes is open by appointment only.

Tasting & Consultation

We will schedule a tasting and consultation so you can discuss your vision and try our delicious products. We recommend scheduling an appointment at least six months prior to your event.

Contract & Sketch

After you decide to finalize with Palette Cakes, we will forward a contract to save your date. There is a 50% nonrefundable deposit due at this time. After the contract is signed, the designing process will begin!

Final Deposit


The final deposit for your order will be due one month prior to your event.

Delivery & Setup

Palette Cakes offers delivery and set up for all events. Events within the Greater Sacramento Area have a delivery/setup fee of $50.00. Fees for the Greater Bay Area/Napa Valley are $150.00+.
